I woke up from a good night's sleep. It was tuesday at 5:24 in the morning and I was leaving for eco week . When I got there I was greeted by the Eco staff that was at Pingrey. As I was at my dorm someone shouted it’s time for the mummy and stormy hikes to leave. As we left I was very excited inside .

My shoes were sagging and squishy with cold water. It was a great view but it was cold. As we were going to meet the top of the enormous mountain I wondered why stormy was called mabie from all the snow storms they have up there. We were sooooo close to the top I could even see it. But then are leader said.

“KIDS WE HAVE TO GO BACK DOWN BECAUSE THERE IS TOO MUCH SNOW” he shouted over the moans and groans of the kids. I was relieved but I kind of wanted to reach the top. That’s when it happened. I saw A huge hill of flatted snow slanted downward.

“I took off like a bullet out of a gun”. I slid sideways and down the hill in the splits I can do the splits you know. I slid down magnificently   fast until I fell in a soft pillow like kind of snow . I was alright but my legs hurt a little bit afterward. After accident that I went up to my dorm room for a dorm time and to have fun. When we were done dinner i got dressed for a campfire.

As we were walking to the campfire I went into stealth mode which is just putting your hood up and going really fast with all the sound effects. As we were at the campfire me Carter and Ronnie were sitting on benches laughing away as the skits were playing along. When we were going back to the dorms I went back into stealth mode with the sound effects of course. As we got back to the dorm it was dark outside the faint hoot of a bird sounded from somewhere away in the distance, The moon sailed like a ship over the tops of trees and up into the night sky.

WAKE UP WE GOT TO GO! Oh brother I thought a peaceful sleep and now this. Once I had packed my things  we were on our way out of the canyon.

I could see the faint last peak of stormy disappear like magic behind a sea of green trees that covered the mountain. I was glad to be waiting at the school unloading my things and waiting for my parents to arrive at the school when my dad showed up with my sister. As we drove home my dad wondered if I would like to go out for a snack at mcdonalds I said yes and we went. After my snack I went back to my house and had a great time talking about my day. I talked about the hikes and all the fun we had and how I slipped on stormy. And I
