Breaking Arm
By: Arda Mihyaz
When I was in Kindergarten, my brother and I use to love Minecraft and jumping on the trampoline. Whenever my mom and dad say, “Come on inside”. Whoever is off the tramp first gets to play Minecraft first and whoever plays first gets more time. So, one day my dad said, “Come on inside”. My head was sticking out of the trampoline zipper, I lost my balance, and I landed on my arm, CRACK.
My dad hurried to me, he pick me up, and said to everyone in my family “Come in the car”. When I was in the car my mom and brother were crying. I don't know why, but I was getting sleepy, my eyes were going down and then I was asleep in the car .
I woke up the next day. I was in the emergency room and they told me that I had a broken arm. When I heard that, I got worried. They put a cast on my arm and said, “This will be on your arm for three months or four months.” When I came back home I got to sleep with my mom because I had a broken arm and I said to her, “I wish I never broke my arm”. I said that because I thought that I would turn and hit my arm, wake up and never sleep again. When I woke up I got to watch the tv because I had to rest my arm. I got to order my mom, dad, and brother around. Whenever I wanted my mom, she would come. Sometimes she has work to do but, most of the time she would come.
On the TV we don't have american channels because my dad likes to watch turkish news. So that's why we have mostly Turkish channels. The Turkish channel did have Cartoon Network, and I watched it all the time. I also spent a lot of time playing more Minecraft than my brother.
I still had a cast on when I was going to the first day of 1st grade at Zach.
